We also provide professional HDR photography and 3D virtual tours, full-time and in-house concierge and sales teams, in-house maintenance and housekeeping teams (including guest cleanings), guest amenities, linens and towels, and many other services. The only costs from the owner to our company would be hot tub service (if applicable), deep cleans (once or twice per year is recommended), and maintenance we perform that would need to be done regardless of guest usage. We also charge all taxes and applicable fees (sales taxes, transient room taxes, processing fees, resort fees, etc.) to the guests and do not charge any other fees to owners.

In addition, we do not charge fees that other companies so such as, but not limited to, linens (sheets, towels, pillow cases), concierge fees (we have a full-time, in-house concierge team in our Main Street office), credit card processing fees, 3D virtual tours, guest maintenance (regular- and after-hours), 7-day phone coverage for sales, maintenance, concierge, and owner services, and guest cleanings and amenities (toilet paper, paper towel, soaps, shampoos, detergents, etc).
